Alyssa Queen

Violin Faculty, Mozart Strings Faculty


Alyssa is a violinist from Walton, Kentucky.


She began her studies at the age of 14 with the Immanuel School of Music and after making her way through the various levels of orchestras, she graduated from Sinfonia in the year 2020.


Alyssa is an elementary school teacher at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy and has been teaching private music lessons to children of all ages since graduation. Alyssa is also a teacher for the Mozart Strings program here at the Immanuel School of Music.


Currently, she assists with the CSO Nouveau Program and plays with the Cincinnati Metropolitan Orchestra. She loves to play with her many, also musicians, siblings for various performances, gatherings, and weddings around the tri-state!


Alyssa has a great love for music, is passionate about teaching children, and is beyond excited to share these gifts through ISM!


Fun fact - Alyssa met her husband during high school while playing in Sinfonia with the Immanuel School of Music; he also plays violin!
