SUMMER PROGRAMS

Our faculty members are professional musicians with university degrees in their discipline.

• We welcome students of all ages, including adults!
• Lessons are offered year round (Academic Year and Summer).

New Students may start anytime in the year. Lessons will be prorated.

June 5 - July 25, 2025. Weekly orchestra classes and fun for elementary and standard students. New students welcomed.

Summer Strings Club is for students who have completed Mozart Strings, Beethoven Strings, Bartel String Ensemble, or 1-3 years of private lessons. No audition required. Approximately 3rd -6th grade. Fun weekly activities: Orchestra, sectionals, special workshops, and spirit wear contest.

Registration for Summer Private Lessons & Discovery Packages, Summer Strings Club, Summer Chamber Players, Summer Guitar & Fretted Strings & Rhythmic Studies Classes.

June 2 - August 2, 2025.  Chamber music experience for advanced, intermediate, and standard students. New students are welcomed. 

Summer Chamber Players:   Approximately 6th-12th grade. Experience music in a small ensemble setting for students of every level. Our faculty will work with groups of students (3-6 students per group) to refine and develop skills of leadership, musicality, and confidence.

June 5-July 24,  2025. Summer Guitar Classes are for students of all ages.

These beginning and intermediate classes are offered weekly throughout the months of June and July.

June & July.  Attend one day or all 12 workshops! Geared to our young musicians, enjoy Workshops series which focus on:  

• Music Theory  
• Note Reading Games & Races 
• Practice Tips  
• Rhythmic Games  
• Instrument Spa Day & Care for Strings   

June 3-August 2, 2025 Eight (8) Weeks of Lab for 7th -12th grade 

Learn How to Compose! No composition experience required but proficient music reading is required. Explore composition techniques and discover unique utyles! Experiment, innovate, and express your musical Voice! 

June 2 – August 2, 2025 -  Six (6) weeks of cello fun class 

Enhance your summer with Cello Choir!

"Pop-Up"events! Dates TBA. Are you ready to take your musical skills to the next level? Rhythm is universally used in every form of music both instrumentally and vocally. Enhance your rhythmic skills and understanding through Rhythmic Studies. Get ready to count, tap out rhythms, move and feel the beat as we focus on rhythmic reading (duration, rests, divisions, and subdivision), simple meter, compound meter, syncopation, and learn how to do a rhythmic analysis of your music.
