Biography

Miranda is a violinist/violist who is thrilled to be back in her home state of Kentucky and equally excited to join the ISM team. As an educator, Miranda believes in instilling her students with confidence and creativity. She seeks to learn how to best serve each individual student. She is Suzuki-trained and has an interest in cross-cultural teaching strategies and a range of musical styles.

Miranda was most recently based in the Destin, Florida area, where she performed regularly with orchestras in the region, including as Principal Second Violin with the Panama City Symphony, and maintained her own private studio. She regularly travels back to the area to perform with the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra in Niceville.
